We try to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum while offering the best possible delivery service. Delivery costs will depend on the weight and size of the items you have ordered and your location. After checkout you will receive an email regarding your delivery options and cost available to you.
Cyprus DELIVERY
Where possible we offer a choice of delivery options for Cyprus.
Collection
We welcome collection from our Office in Limassol. Just place your order on-line and we will give you a call when your order is ready.
Super Saver Delivery
Available on most products to Cyprus mainland destinations for on-line orders only. This is a free service with a typical delivery time of one business working day for ‘In Stock’ items.
Standard Delivery
Average delivery time depends on your order size, items in-stock and availability. You will be informed of cost and time right after your check out, with an email and perhaps a revised invoice.
Smaller items will be sent Cyprus Postal Service and larger or more expensive items may be sent by Courier. Our preferred choice of courier is FedEx but we may at times use other couriers.
Courier items will require a signature on delivery and it is preferable to state a business delivery address where possible as residential addresses are often more difficult to locate resulting in a possible delay.
Please note that if our couriers find that there is nobody available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
Outside Cyprus
Smaller items will be sent by International Airmail and larger or more expensive items will be sent by International Courier.
Please note that we are currently unable to calculate foreign shipping costs on-line. We will therefore send you a quote via email once we have received your on-line order, stating the actual delivery costs and hold your order until we receive your confirmation. If an additional shipping payment is required, it can be purchased on-line as necessary to release your order.
